Advocacy success with TD Barry Heneghan

After discussing the issues with the current financial literacy structures in Ireland with TD (member of the Irish Parliament) Barry Heneghan he has decided to support this important cause and help push it forward. Barry and I discussed to great lengths the improvements we need to make in order to create a viable system in Ireland. We decided to question the minster for education and youth, Helen McEntee. Barry forwarded proposals to her that we had collaborated together to create, these proposals were based on our policy paper also in the blog section of the site.

We are currently awaiting Deputy McEntee's response, however, I would love to thank TD Barry Heneghan for his kind, energetic and responsive attitude that enabled this much needed examination of government proposals. Working directly with Irish politicians is the only way to solve these issues,
